Negative Reviews

Dated interiors.

Quite a big number of guests mentioned that the decor in the rooms was starting to look rather tired as they objected to the old-fashioned furniture and upholstery. The televisions were said to be dated and many also noted that the bathrooms would benefit from modernisation.

Poor soundproofing.

Guests said that they were able to hear everything going on in the adjoining rooms due to the inadequate soundproofing. Noise from the hallways late at night was also said to be an issue for some of the guests.

Unimpressive views.

Not all of the rooms have scenic views as some guests were disappointed to find that their en-suites looked out onto the hotel's car park.
