A Very Pet-Friendly Property

Guests reported that their four-legged family members were very welcome here, and that was a great relief to many of them, Many guests loved the spacious, grassy area that was ideal for walking dogs, and appreciated how the hotel was thoughtful enough to provide bags for waste.

The Service is Fantastic

Guests were extremely impressed by the service they received from staff members. Numerous reviews mentioned specific staff members by their first name because guests took the time to recognize their outstanding attitudes. Great guest service is clearly a priority at this property.

The Rooms Are Inviting

Guests said they could tell the rooms had been renovated, and they were very pleased with how they looked, and the way they were laid out. Many considered these accommodations to be reliable and comfortable, especially after guests had been engaged in extensive traveling.

Very Sparse Amenities

Guests wished the accommodations would have offered more by way of amenities. Coffee pots, refrigerators and microwaves were some of the things they missed that aren't standard in the rooms. However, some rooms have them, so be sure to clarify which type you're getting when booking if these items are things you can't do without.

The Rooms Smell Smoky

Even when guests requested to be put into non-smoking rooms,  they still noticed a strong smoky odor. Additionally, the smell persisted throughout the property and not just in guests' private accommodations.

The Breakfast is Too Basic

Guests grumbled that the breakfast did not offer enough choices. Many just decided to eat their morning meals elsewhere, even though that meant bypassing free food. Because the buffet was not very extensive, most guests did not consider it a very appealing perk.
